Sooner Spectator is an independent magazine covering University of Oklahoma athletics, published by Redzone Publishing, LLC. It is not operated by or affiliated with the University of Oklahoma or its Athletic Department.

The magazine built its reputation on long-form features and player interviews rather than box scores. Writers including Berry Tramel, John Helsley, Jay C. Upchurch and Bobby Anderson appear across the archive, which runs from 2005 to 2019.

Today the site covers three things: Sooners football, the rest of the SEC now that Oklahoma has joined it, and the other sport and college programmes played in the state.
